We believe in learning from
our mistakes and moving ahead faster and faster than giving
reasons or hiding them. This is how the attitude of Xisto
has been since its inception and we haven't changed since
2004.
We're committed to providing you with the best
service we can. But sometimes things can go wrong and we don't live up
to our promises. If this happens to you, we want to know. That way, we
can put matters right for you and make sure it doesn't happen to another
customer in the future. We'll do our best to resolve your complaint
quickly and with minimum fuss.
A complaint is when you want to tell us that you are not satisfied with
our standard of service or with any action or lack of action by us. You
should make a complaint when:

You think our service is not up to standard.

Failure to fulfill tasks before deadline.

You have not been treated politely.

You think we have not followed the correct
procedures.

A service you have asked for has not been
provided and we have not given you a reasonable explanation.

You are otherwise unhappy with us.
All Complaints are accepted as TICKETS
so that we can acknowledge your Complaints and update you
accordingly about the status of your Complaint.
